The ministry began with a borrowed BBQ grill. We had no idea what we were doing. The Holy Spirit taught us how to grow this ministry.

We bought a used U Haul truck for the ministry. The truck holds everything we need for the ministry: tents, tables, table cloths, chairs, BBQ grill, griddle, stove, pots, pans, coolers, hygiene packs, clothing, groceries, and equipment.

We started the year by inviting people to come to the table to sit and eat under the tents to tell their sacred stories in a safe spiritual space. Corona virus came and by April we were wearing face masks and converted the ministry to Grab and Go: sack lunches, prebagged groceries, individual communion cup/wafer, and a prayer for individuals and families as they walked by.
